The meeting was opened at 19:40 and the minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted. ( N.D. / I.B. )

Kim Brown was also elected onto the committee as the BC designated adult representative. (DK, JT.)
The meeting wished to thank Paul for all his dedicated work as treasurer and welcomed Chris Leat to the committee.
Matters Arising:
The annual accounts were reviewed / discussed and presently stand at £2,079.91
Other Business:
- Dave wished to remind everyone that the club TT starts again on Wednesday 18th, riders and helpers are always welcome.
- On Wednesdays when TT is not held a short club ride will take place with the possibility of having two groups – route to be discussed on the night and arranged as usual on ‘WhatsApp’.
- Ian brought to the attention of the meeting that Whitby would be hosting a round of the CX championships on the 11th September and any help with running the event would be greatly appreciated.
- Thanks were extended to James for kindly offering the use of the venue and for the generous supply of coffee.
- Finally can we request that all trophy holders return their trophies ready for the presentations later this year.
There being no further business the meeting was closed at 20:25.
